So why Frey Fitness?

Before I get into why Frey Fitness should be your next gym, and how I truly believe I AM THE TRAINER YOU NEED, I have just two questions for you:

  1. Are you getting everything you want out of your current gym membership?

  2. Are you happy with where you are in your fitness level?

If you’ve answered NO to either of these questions I think I may have a few ideas why… You’re not being challenged (either by the programming or the coaches), you’ve plateaued, you’re not willing to invest in your fitness (and ultimately your happiness), or you’re just not willing to make a change.

Any of those ring a bell? Well guess what, I have a solution. Its actually quite simple. Read this next line very carefully, and repeat it to yourself until you believe it.

It’s Freakin TIME guys!!! TIME TO GET UNCOMFORTABLE. Time to stop being “okay” with how you look and feel and start “loving” it.

So what if your membership is cheap… you know what else is cheap? Talk and talk doesn’t get you results. At Frey Fitness you get what you pay for. My space is fully equipped for all different modes of fitness. full squat rack with tons of plates, bench, barbells, dumbbells. kettlebells, a sled, tire, and various height boxes. And the best part about my space, its all for you! That one hour you’ll have the comfort and privacy of the entire place to yourself.

The Strategy behind Frey Fitness is to CHALLENGE you both mentally and physically. It’s to show you how STRONG and CAPABLE you already are. Though my workouts will be difficult, I strongly encourage all fitness levels to join my classes. If there’s something you can’t do, great, now we know where to start, and from there we can give you all the tools and modifications to get you where you want to go (that’s why they’re called progressions). That’s what I believe in and its how train myself and all my clients. My workouts are one of a kind, and are guaranteed to leave you feeling like a badass.

Bottom line, I have EVERYTHING you could ever need in a gym… Structured workouts, the training and confidence to safely complete them, a badass trainer. Who wants you to get everything you desire in your fit and health journey. Now are you ready for the change? Are you ready to put in the work? Ready to get uncomfortable? Great !!! Now here’s one more thing I want to offer you. And it’s not motivation. Motivation comes in waves. It’s SPORADIC and INCONSISTENT. What I’m going to instill in you is drive. The drive to achieve your goals effectively. I genuinely believe this can be taught, you just have to want it. LFG !!!!!!
